Corporation Tax Calculator 2026/27
Estimate your company’s corporation tax bill, including marginal relief between £50,000 and £250,000 of profit.
How corporation tax works in 2026/27
Companies pay 19% on profits up to £50,000 and 25% on profits of £250,000 or more. In between, marginal relief tapers the rate — so a company with £80,000 profit pays an effective rate of about 21.8%, not the full 25%.
The thresholds shrink if you have associated companies or a short accounting period, and planning (pensions, timing of expenses, capital allowances) can legitimately lower the bill. Ask us before your year-end, not after.
